SMS Terms & Conditions

ProHeal Distribution may send SMS text messages to healthcare professionals and other individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive communications. Messages may include:

• Responses to product or service inquiries submitted through our website
• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Customer support communications
• Account-related notifications and updates
• Service notifications related to your provider account
• Follow-up communications regarding your inquiry

ProHeal Distribution does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing SMS messages. All SMS communications are transactional or service-related in nature and are sent only in response to your inquiry or as part of an established provider relationship.

SMS consent is obtained voluntarily through an explicit opt-in checkbox on our contact form. By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from ProHeal Distribution at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. You are not required to provide SMS consent to submit a form, request product information, or use any of our services. SMS consent is never bundled with acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Your consent applies only to communications from ProHeal Distribution. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We will only send messages that are directly relevant to your inquiry or your provider relationship with us. We do not send recurring automated messages or bulk promotional campaigns.

Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages you send and receive. ProHeal Distribution is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from ProHeal Distribution at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent to your number unless you provide new consent.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to contact us by phone, email, or through our website.

ProHeal Distribution shall not be liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or errors in SMS messages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Mobile carrier network outages or delays
• Telecommunications infrastructure failures
• Incorrect or inactive mobile numbers provided by the recipient
• Spam filters or message blocking by mobile carriers
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

ProHeal Distribution is not responsible for any charges, fees, or damages incurred as a result of SMS message delivery failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party telecommunications providers or carriers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SMS COMMUNICATIONS SHALL BE LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We may also discontinue our SMS program at any time with reasonable notice to active SMS subscribers.
